Our tournament committee made the decision not to continue with plans for holding our tournament this fall. We had hoped for more positive information on the spread of Covid 19 but are not feeling comfortable with what is being reported. Our utmost concern in making this decision is the safety of all of you. We wish we knew what the conditions will be in September as that would have made our decision so much easier. You will all be receiving a full refund (some have previously gotten a $5 shirt refund so take that into consideration when you receive your refund). Those of you who paid for more than yourself will be getting back your total payment and will need to refund it to the others you paid for.
No one is more disappointed about these events than our hard-working tournament committee. We are already making plans for a great tournament next year. Mark Sept. 11-12, 2021, on your calendars. We look forward to seeing those of you who would have played in our tournament for the first time this fall and also all the returning players. Stay safe.
